How it Works:
The Jet Mate Tube Cleaner was designed with a flexible shaft which rotates at speeds from 0 to 1800 RPM inside a watertight nylon casing. As the shaft is fed into the tube being cleaned, water from a garden hose is carried thru the machine to the brush or cutting tool. The brush or cutting tool loosens deposits in the tube and water assists in flushing deposits out the end of the tube. Operation of the machine is controlled by an air actuated foot switch. Step on the switch - the shaft rotates and water flows thru the casing. Lift the foot off the switch - the shaft immediately stops rotating and water stops flowing. Thus - the machine operates and water flows only when the operator deliberately depresses the foot switch!

Will Not Damage Tubes:
The brush or cutting tool can be fed through the tube - unaffected by slight sagging of the tube. Properly sized and selected brushes and tools will not cut into the tube wall, nor get stuck.

Constant Torque . Variable Speed . Increased Safety
Maxi- Vac has carefully designed the Jet Mate Tube Cleaner with operator safety and equipment reliability in mind The unit is powered by a D.C. (Permanent Magnet) motor. The motor is combined with a solid state speed control. This combination allows the operator to select rotational speeds from near 0 to 1800 RPM with constant torque. Thus, the operator can handle the shaft and tools at a safe comfortable speed for the condition of the tube being cleaned. This feature cannot be offered on units with A.C. motors and constant high RPM'S.

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Maxi-Vac has extended the warranty period from 12 months to 24 months on the motor and D.C. power converters in all Jet Mate variable speed tube cleaners.

Maxi-Vac's standard 12 month warranty applies to the JM1200 Model and all other components of the D.C. powered/variable speed units.

No other manufacturer offers a 2-year warranty.
