Maxi-Grit Nylon

Recommended for removing soft and light scale deposits in straight, ferrous and non-ferrous tubes. The abrasive impregnated nylon bristles of this brush clean and polish tubes in one step. Unlike regular spiral brushes, Maxi-Grit is designed to be oversized in the tube so the bristles lay over, putting the abrasive in contact with the tube wall.

Maxi-Spin Clean Tapered Impregnated Nylon
(priced per each)
Recommended for removing soft and light scale deposits in straight enhanced condenser tubes. The smaller diameter stands stiff and cleans the grooves. The longer bristles lay flat to clean the large areas between the grooves. The small diameter of the brush should match the tube diameter.

Adjustable Buffing Tools
Adjustable Buffing Tools are used for removing light to medium scale deposits or for finishing tubes previously "roughed out with other cleaning tools. They can be used in both ferrous and non-ferrous straight tubes. They can be used only in a clockwise rotation and not recommended for internally enhanced tubes.

Brass Tube Plug*
Our tapered tube plugs are used to seal the ends of leaking chiller, condenser, or heat exchanger tubes. Simply drive the plugs with a hammer to properly seat.
