Direct Drive Tube Cleaner
The Direct Drive JM1700 AirMax makes tube cleaning a safe, simple, one man job. This Air Powered tube cleaner is designed for cleaning applications where the use of electricity is not available or may not be desirable. The JM1700 AirMax offers variable torque and variable speed to match cleaning requirements. Tubes are left clean and free of energy absorbing build-ups of scale, algae, mud, etc. Operation of the machine is controlled by an air actuated foot switch, just step on the switch pedal and the shaft rotates while water flows through the watertight nylon Flexible Shaft casing to the brush or cutting tool. While a tool rotates through the tube at up to 3000 RPM, driven by a flexible shaft, water flushes out loosened deposits.
Recommended for Heat Exchangers, Condensers, Evaporators, Absorption Machines, Chillers and other internal tubes.
